Liverpool Sunflowers

Sunflowers opened our understanding of people’s emotional and practical needs when dealing with the trauma that surrounds long-term illness. Supporting everyone in the circle of someone’s care can be easily overlooked. We wanted to better promote, share and raise awareness and funds for the services, treatments and emotional support Sunflowers provides.

We volunteered to support Sunflowers as our designated charity in 2022 and are helping them to gain traction through Charitable grants which include a $120k (£100k) Adwords grant to advertise their services. Together with this grant, we have established a strategy that will help fund up to £50k donations from corporate sponsorship and we have also rebuilt their website so that they can update themselves. It’s a fully customised website, so they are light of foot and free to update their website and promote their events and fundraising as required.

A kind note from Bobby Magee, Fundraising Manager

“I would hugely recommend Nick and the team at e-blueprint for the digital and marketing needs. Nick has worked closely with our charity and gets everything we are doing, the pressures we are under with budget and the outreach necessary to ensure we can reach the necessary demographic needing support after a diagnosis of cancer or long-term condition.

Nick came to our organisation to look at the gaps we were missing and where him and the team could assist. Within a few weeks Nick was able to access a monthly grant worth $10000 through Google Adwords and use this to point people in our direction and build a digital strategy to help grow support and awareness of the charity.

Nick, Tula & Sam looked at our website and what they thought we could be doing differently to help drive online donations and corporate involvement with the charity and came up with some really exciting concepts that push the charity up into a higher level and increases visibility and rebuilt our website ready for us to edit and publish.

We are so happy to work alongside a company that understand what the charity needs and that feel like a part of our team that we could call up and ask for advice. Nick has recently put his talk on his toes and taken part in the Liverpool Half Marathon and raised an incredible £1550 and through his fundraising has once more grown awareness of the charity to his own network.

We look forward to the exciting times to come working alongside Nick & the team and find their work invaluable for where the charity want to get to in order to ensure the best care for people in Merseyside living with cancer or long-term condition.”
